A seasoned property management leader with experience dating back to 2015, Amber drives operational performance across Ironhold’s portfolio. She leads with a disciplined focus on portfolio performance, affordable housing compliance, operational systems, and team accountability—setting clear standards and ensuring strategy translates into consistent execution.

She holds an Associate’s Degree from Richland College, a teaching certification from Millikin University, and multiple industry credentials in affordable housing, compliance, and property operations.

Reine Becker

Partner, Chief of Operations & Growth

The Systems Architect — Builds the structure that makes growth repeatable.

Reine is a real estate investor and operations leader focused on building the systems that support sustainable growth and protect asset performance. With a background in corporate process improvement and execution strategy, she brings an owner-minded approach to strengthening operations, accountability, reporting, and team alignment across Ironhold.

She holds an MBA and MS from Creighton University and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and APQC Process Manager.

Katrina Fickes

Operations Director

The Execution Engine — Turns plans into consistent day-to-day action.

With 13 years of property management experience, Katrina leads day-to-day operational execution across the portfolio, overseeing property managers and key priorities including move-ins, move-outs, delinquency follow-up, and recertifications.

She brings a strong command of property operations, team leadership, resident relations, budgeting, compliance, and vendor management, with a leadership style centered on clear communication, accountability, and practical problem-solving.

Shayna Williams

Director of Training, Leasing & Compliance

The Playbook Keeper — Keeps knowledge, training, leasing procedures, and compliance aligned.

Since 2019, Shayna has led key areas of leasing, application processing, tenant file compliance, and team training, bringing both structure and a service-focused approach to the resident experience. Her background in Career & Technical Education, along with certifications as a Fair Housing Specialist and Tax Credit Specialist, supports her ability to keep teams informed, processes consistent, and compliance standards on track.

Matt Lemons

Director of Maintenance

The Property Protector — Protects the physical assets through safety, quality, maintenance, and disciplined standards.

Matt leads maintenance operations with a disciplined, hands-on approach shaped by military-influenced leadership and deep knowledge of INSPIRE and REAC standards. His experience spans residential properties from smaller communities to high-rise housing, with a consistent focus on safety, quality, compliance, and dependable execution.

Lucas Combs

Director of Hospitality

The Experience Maestro — Shapes the guest experience through people, performance, service, and operational structure.

With hospitality experience dating back to 2017, Lucas brings a hands on leadership style centered on people, performance, and service. His background includes managing properties for major hotel brands, supporting new property openings, and providing task force leadership, giving him a strong understanding of how to adapt operations to each property while keeping the guest experience at the forefront. He is a Certified Food Protection Manager and has completed management training with Hilton, Marriott, and IHG.

Katie Maples

Office Manager

The Control Center — Keeps the internal support structure organized and responsive.

With more than 15 years of banking and operational leadership experience, Katie brings a disciplined approach to office operations, staff support, and resident service. Her background spans risk management, compliance, fraud prevention, client relations, and process improvement, giving her a strong foundation for keeping daily operations organized, responsive, and running smoothly.

Miriam Stabler

Marketing & Social Media Manager

The Storyteller — Turns what Ironhold does into a message people understand and connect with.

Miriam brings a strong background in communications, marketing, and community engagement, with a focus on presenting Ironhold’s properties in a way that feels clear, credible, and connected to the people they serve. A graduate of Eastern Illinois University, she is also a Silver Dome Award recipient and brings six years of prior experience as a Marketing Director.
